Rice, potatoes, flour, roti (chapati), lentils, and millet are considered a staple diet in India. Popular additions to staples are onions, turmeric, garlic, chilies, cumin, and vegetables.

A diet chart has been considered to be personalized by a dietician in all cases, be it female, male, or kids. A dietician is well versed with everything about the dietary needs of an individual after knowing their health history.

A diet is only given after acquiring previous traits of a person and knowing preferences. A diet chart cannot be similar to that of another person.

A diet chart should be only taken by a dietician after a consultation. Taking random diet charts from the internet may result in unwanted consequences.

A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming emerged about 10,000 years ago. These foods include dairy products, legumes, and grains.

The aim of a paleo diet is to return to a way of eating that’s more like what early humans ate.

Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, lean meats, especially grass-fed animals or wild game, fish, especially those rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, mackerel, and albacore tuna, oils from fruits and nuts, such as olive oil or walnut oil are what is included in the diet.

Vegetarian Protein Diet

Protein is a key nutrient for growing and maintaining muscles and keeping your skin and hair strong and healthy. It also helps keep you full.
