Entrepreneurs Christian and Amber Rood started juicing at home during the pandemic as a way to increase their wellbeing, and they have included their foodstuff and drink tips with other recipes from their six staff members into the menu of breakfast, lunch and snack goods.
“We came out of (the pandemic) hunting for better wellness choices for people on the go,” Amber Rood stated. “The menu is dependent on recipes, collaborated with our staff, that we commenced earning, tasting and screening about two months right before opening.”
The juice bar, which opened in Might, functions pressed juice, bottled juice and smoothies to drink. Its food choices include breakfast savory and sweet wraps “loaded and toasted” things quinoa and smoothie bowls and salads.
Rood said her enterprise is in a primary place at the northwest corner of Nob Hill and 64th Avenue, subsequent to the Volution CrossFit health and fitness center and The Lodges in West Yakima apartment advanced.
